CONSULTATIONS & BOOKINGS
Consultations are a free 15/20 minute appointment to establish your exact requirement's & expectations.
In this appointment, we can discuss reaching your target treatment/colouring/length of time & cost.
A patch test may be applied to rule out any allergic reaction to products used.
When booking your appointment, a deposit is required to secure your time with us at the salon.
Please note: treatments are a lengthy process and can up to 3-4 hrs, sometimes longer.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Please cancel, where possible, at least 48hrs before.
If you cancel 48hrs before your appointment and want to re-book, your deposit can be transferred to another day.
Unfortunately, if we receive a cancellation within 48hrs, a deposit will not be returned unless we can re-fill the appointment, as it can be very difficult to fill appointment space at such short notice.
